To register, complete the application form with all the information required and email it to: elistudy@csi.cuny.edu.

Statement of Financial Support

If you apply for an F-1 student visa, you will need to complete the Statement of Financial Support. Email it along with a bank statement to elistudy@csi.cuny.edu.

Requirements for issuing an I-20 or DS-2019

Consider the requirements to issue an I-20 or DS-2019 such as fees, bank statement, room & board, etc.

Room & Board form

Submit this form if you have room & board during your stay, which means you will have a sponsor that will provide housing and meals during your studies.
